Returns and Refund Policy

Requests for refunds are accepted by  by email within the period of 14 days after receiving the download link. You should accompany this request with detailed and grounded reasons why you are applying for a refund.

Therefore, we do honor requests for a refund for the following reasons.

Non-delivery of the product link:     Due to unforeseen mailing issues that may occur you might not receive our communication e-mail with regards to the progress of your purchase and delivery of the product download link.  In this case, we recommend contacting us for assistance. Claims for non-delivery of product link must be submitted within 14 days from the date of order if no further communication regarding your purchase is received from us.

Download and unzipping issues:   It may happen so that you are having problems while downloading the product or its unzipping. Claims regarding such issues must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the download links from us. If you do not properly contact us during this period, you agree that we may construe your silence as a successful download of the product with no further right of redress or refund for a “downloadable issue” reason.  The download link provided does not have a download limit set.

Major defects:      Although all our products are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. For such issues you should  contact us.  We reserve the right to rectify the error or defect within 72 hours of a complaint lodged. If any deficiency request is approved and we fail to correct within 72 hours from the date of the initial complaint letter provided by a customer. The refund will be issued to the customer in full without prejudice.  The customer may request a replacement of the product with another product available in the Store to the same or around the same value. 

Product not as described:   Such issues should be reported within 14 days to us from the date of receiving the download links. Clear evidence must be provided proving that the product purchased is not as it is described on the website. Complaints based merely on the customers false expectation or wishes are not honored.
